Project successfully completed!

EFT Construction is pleased to have successfully completed the refurbishment and extension of Freshfield Primary School in Formby on behalf of Sefton Council, delivering SEND facilities within the school. The works included a new classroom, two sensory rooms, a hygiene room, kitchen, quiet spaces, a storeroom and an accessible WC, together with upgraded access control and mechanical and electrical services. External improvements included enhanced boundary security and protective measures, as well as a new artificial-turfed play area. Additional works were delivered for the school creating extra rooms and spaces.

These first phase improvements have enhanced the school’s facilities and created a more inclusive, supportive and welcoming environment for pupils and staff.

Today we’re celebrating an incredible milestone as Keith marks his 5-year work anniversary with EFT.

Over the last five years, Keith has been a valued member of the team, bringing dedication, professionalism and a great attitude to everything he does. 💪 Tough Mudder 2026 – The Story Continues! 🔥

Still reliving the mud, the obstacles and the incredible team effort! 🧡

Our EFT Group team took on the 15K Tough Mudder challenge to raise money for two fantastic charities, and what a day it was! 🙌

The fundraising pot is still being counted, and we can’t wait to share the final amount with you all very soon! 👀

A proud evening for EFT Group at the Armed Forces Covenant Employer Recognition Scheme Silver Awards.⭐

We were honoured to collect our Silver Employer Recognition Scheme (ERS) Award, celebrating our commitment to supporting the Armed Forces community.
We are especially proud to have been one of just 16 organisations across Merseyside to receive a Silver Award this year, recognising the steps we've taken to recruit, support and champion veterans, reservists and military families throughout our business.

Making the evening even more special was having two of EFT's very own veterans, David and Tom, collect the award on behalf of the business. Their service, professionalism and ongoing contribution to EFT perfectly reflect why supporting the Armed Forces community remains so important to us.

A huge thank you also goes to Jan Cox for her unwavering support, guidance and encouragement throughout our ERS journey. Your passion and commitment have played a significant role in helping us achieve this recognition.
It was also fantastic to catch up with our friend Joe Fleming from Lion Culture, whose incredible work continues to make a positive impact in the veteran community. The EFT Foundation is proud to support Joe and the work being delivered through Lion Culture.

This award is an important milestone, but for us it is far more than a badge. It reflects our ongoing commitment to creating opportunities for veterans and ensuring that those who have served our country are recognised, valued and supported as they transition into civilian careers. Next stop Gold and us supporting even further!

💜 Domestic Violence Awareness Month 💜

This month, the EFT Foundation is proud to stand alongside individuals, families and organisations working to raise awareness of domestic abuse and support those affected by it.

Domestic abuse is often hidden from view, impacting people of all ages, backgrounds and circumstances. Behind every statistic is a person who deserves to feel safe, heard and supported.

That's why we are proud to support Phoenix Healing CIC, an organisation dedicated to providing a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment for women affected by domestic abuse, helping them rebuild confidence, find their voice and move towards a life free from abuse.

Raising awareness matters. It helps challenge stigma, encourages conversations, and reminds those who may be struggling that they are not alone. Sometimes the smallest act of support, whether that's listening, understanding or signposting someone to help, can make a life-changing difference.

As a business, we believe we all have a role to play in creating safer communities and supporting those who need it most.

This Domestic Violence Awareness Month, let's continue to raise awareness, show compassion and support the organisations making a real difference every day.

🏗️ Supporting the Next Generation of Construction Talent

Our CSR Team attended the East Lancashire Learning Group at Accrington and Rossendale College. It was a great opportunity to come together and discuss the importance of industry collaboration. Exploring how we can work together to support our future workforce, helping students develop the skills and experience they need.

We also had the opportunity to tour the college and see the fantastic facilities available to students. It’s clear that a lot of thought has gone into ensuring the facilities reflect real industry environments, giving students valuable hands-on experience and the opportunity to develop practical skills throughout their learning.

At EFT we advocate education and industry coming together, sharing ideas and looking at practical ways we can support young people with the skills and opportunities they need to thrive in our industry.

We're delighted to share 's recent player sponsorship announcement.

This year, EFT Group is incredibly proud not only to continue as the club's main sponsor, but also to sponsor four of our own EFT colleagues who pull on the Southport jersey each week.

The partnership between EFT and the club continues to go from strength to strength. Southport Rugby Club has long been a source of great people and talent, and we're proud that a number of current and former players have gone on to build successful careers across the Group. Making a Difference Together 🧡

At EFT Group, we're passionate about creating lasting social value in the communities where we live and work.

We were delighted to partner with Riverside Housing by donating kitchen starter kits to support the upcoming Salterbeck Stuff Store, funded by Riverside Housing.

Starting a new tenancy can be both exciting and challenging, particularly with the increasing cost of living. This fantastic initiative helps individuals and families access essential household items in a way that preserves dignity, choice and independence, allowing people to "shop" for the items they need as they settle into their new homes.

A huge thank you to Emma Bragg and the team at Riverside for helping make this happen and for the incredible work you're doing to support local communities. We are proud to play a small part in such a meaningful project. Together, partnerships like these can make a real difference.
