FESTIVE OPENING HOURS

The post office will close at 1pm on christmas eve (the shop side will remain open till around 4/5pm)

Please note there will be no Post Office staff on site after 1pm! So please make sure any parcels that need to be collected are picked up before 1pm, we will not be able to process them after we close.

We will re-open on Monday 29th December

New opening hours from today

We can now send parcels with DPD 🥳 Drop off your returns or send items with DPD which includes a delivery time slot and tracking updates for both the sender and reciever (mobile number or email address required)

From Monday 1st September we will be making some changes to our opening hours.

Monday mornings the post office and retail side will open at 9am, and on Saturdays the post office will now close at 2pm (retail side will remain open till 5pm).

The changes are due to low demand for post office servcices at these times, sorry for any inconvenience caused

If you are worried about the effects of the Natwest closing in the Heatons, you can fill in a request form to the FCA to look into cash access in the area. This could potentially lead to the opening of a new Post Office Banking hub in or around the area. The more people who complete the form, the more likely they are to consider, so please like, share etc to spread the word
