Hello all and welcome to our latest survey. These questionnaires are crucial for us in many ways. By gathering your views and thoughts we can hopefully maintain our standards, keep on improving and making the service better for all Young Carers and their families. Also, the funders are always keen to see feedback which, if positive, helps us to achieve bids and keep on doing what we do and meeting everyone’s needs. We still request honesty from all and if you, as a family, can take a short time-out and fill in this form as thoroughly as possible then we will be extremely grateful. We are trying our best folks but we are never ones to rest on our laurels – thank you for your time and patience.

You may well have noticed the name change, we are merging our main service page with https://www.facebook.com/Signpoststockport
This means we amalgamate both the Young Carers and Adult Carers services into one handy social media profile 💚💜

We will be keeping this page for parents, carers and friends to share info and also use the private group for any discussions/support.

Signpost for Carers Signpost Stockport for Carers is an independent, local charity in Stockport for all Carers living in the borough

💜💚Here it is! Our Summer Programme!💚🤍

✳️Please call 0161 947 4690 to book your spaces. Children can attend 2 outdoor activities along with all the drop ins.

✳️Also The Transition Day open to all Young Carers moving up the High School.

✳️There isn't any transport available, so please ensure you can drop off and collect your child from the designated drop off/pick up before booking. 🙏

Young carers give their all every day, but far too many young carers get no real break. They need support - and the government must step up to ease this unfair burden.

Come along and see everything Signpost has to offer, along with many other organisations that we work closely with.
