Our Stockton North MP announces more funding for Central Stockton.

Restore Britain Stockton thinks Stockton centre has had enough investment.

Billingham is STILL waiting for a town centre refurbishment, and there’s a lack of much-needed investment in Port Clarence, Norton and Wolviston.

Restore will stop this fascination with Stockton town centre and invest fairly in all our communities.

Six of our Restore Britain canvassing team were out in Port Clarence, listening to residents who told us they feel left behind by Labour.

They raised concerns about litter and rubbish, cameras that aren’t working, lack of community centre with nothing for children to do, and the loss of visits from their local PCSO.

Restore Britain will invest across the whole borough, rather than just focusing on vanity projects in Stockton Town centre, giving communities like Port Clarence the attention and support they deserve.

Stockton residents have had enough of e-bikes tearing along pavements, mounting kerbs and weaving through pedestrians on the high street.

🇬🇧 Restore Britain’s new policy would treat commercial e-bikes (the ones used for Deliveroo, Uber Eats and the rest) more like other commercial vehicles.

That means:
👉 proper registration
👉 Licensing, insurance
👉 Annual training
👉 Visible plates.

Riders would also have to wear hi-vis and helmets, keep their lights on, and stay off the pavement. There would be a public reporting system so people can submit photos or video of reckless riders. Delivery mopeds would need full licences instead of just CBT.

By making riders and bikes properly licensed and identifiable, it also makes it much harder for illegal workers, modified bikes and those using the platforms to traffic drugs to operate unnoticed.

Restore Britain’s Leader Rupert Lowe has set out a clear, detailed approach to SEND.

This is the most direct and practical public offering any party has put forward.

No other party is matching it.

Labour’s answer is yet more reforms...
New tiers, new plans, new packages and new layers of management while children continue to struggle and families fight for every scrap of support.

Reform has highlighted the problems of over-diagnosis and a broken system, but has offered no clear or detailed alternative.

The Conservatives made promises on SEND that never materialised.

Lowe’s approach is different. It tackles the root issues head-on... Not every difference is a disorder, medicalisation must be a last resort, children who do not thrive in a traditional classroom need real vocational, practical and outdoor options, the postcode lottery must end, and parents must have both control and responsibility.

This is the only party currently offering the British people a genuine, workable plan rather than more bureaucracy.
