🧠 Today is World Stroke Day

Stroke can affect anyone, although the risk increases with age, with nearly three-quarters of strokes occurring in people over 65.

Looking after your health and knowing your blood pressure are important steps in reducing your risk.

Did you know we have blood pressure monitors available to borrow free of charge for up to two weeks with your library card? Simply ask a member of staff for more information.
