Planning your visit to Winter Wonderland? Here are some of the questions we get asked most often:
🎅 Is the time I book the time I see Santa?
Not quite. Your booked time is when your magical Light Walk to Santa's grotto begins, giving you plenty of time to soak up the festive atmosphere along the way.
✨ How long does the timed experience last?
Allow around 30 to 40 minutes. Stroll through our enchanting Valley of Lights, stop for festive photos, enjoy interactive games with the elves, and take in the sparkling displays before meeting Santa himself. One of Santa's helpers will welcome your family and guide you to the grotto for your special meet-and-greet and optional family photo.
🎁 Will my child receive a present from Santa?
Yes! Each child will receive a special token from Santa to exchange in our Elf Village. With the help of Santa's elves, they can choose their own gift from a fantastic selection of toys suitable for all ages.
🧣 Is the Winter Wonderland experience outdoors?
The Light Walk to Santa's grotto is mostly outdoors, with the grotto itself undercover. We recommend wrapping up warm and wearing suitable footwear, as winter weather can make some areas muddy. You'll also find plenty of indoor festive fun, including activities, play zones and places to enjoy food and drink.
