Are you a student from a rural or island location? If so, this one is for you.

If travel, kit, or unexpected costs are making your studies harder, you could get up to £1,000 from the Rural and Islands Bursary Fund, sponsored by the Witherby Publishing Group Charitable
Trust.

Application deadline Saturday 31 October 2026.

This bursary has already helped students cover:

➕ Unexpected financial circumstances

💭 One student told us:

“I am extremely grateful to receive this award, I feel it will enable me to concentrate on my studies without the burden of financial worries. This will boost my confidence and ability in myself. Without this bursary I would not have been able to take part in this great opportunity.”

In new relationships, it can be normal to wonder where you stand.

But if you’re feeling controlled, scared or constantly walking on eggshells, that’s not normal - it’s abuse.
