🌟 As part of Youth Work Week, we wanted to make youth-focused charitable organisations or groups based across Wiltshire and Swindon aware of a funding opportunity aimed at their organisation.
🤝 Learning and Development Grants Programme, delivered through the Wiltshire and Swindon Youth Partnership, helps youth work organisations access opportunities to invest in their teams and the people who make their work possible.
Launched in 2026 as part of the Youth Work Capacity Building, Training and Support Programme, the funding aims to increase access to learning and development opportunities that enhance individuals' ability to contribute to their roles and their organisation's wider work with young people.
Round 3 is now open, organisations can apply for a grant of between £100 and £3,000, with £26,405 available to award. Applications for consideration at our December panel must be submitted by 11 November.
📜 Previous grants have helped youth workers and organisations access a range of valuable training opportunities, including: Level 2 Award in Youth Work Principles, Level 3 Diploma in Youth Work Practice, Youth Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) training, Neurodiversity Manager Training, and Minibus Driver Training.
The Wiltshire and Swindon Youth Partnership is funded by Wiltshire Council and the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner for Wiltshire and Swindon.
