🌺 REMEMBRANCE SUNDAY | 8 NOVEMBER 🌺

This Sunday, our communities will come together to remember those who served, sacrificed and gave their lives for the freedoms we enjoy today.

📍 SHARNFORD | St Helen’s Church
🕰️ Time: 10:15am at the Church, 10:45am outside
Mike Shirley will be attending and laying a wreath on behalf of Blaby District Council.

📍 SAPCOTE | War Memorial, Church Street
🕰️ Time: 10:45am
The service includes the two-minute silence at 11am and will be followed by refreshments at All Saints Church and Church Hall.
Ben Taylor will be attending and laying a wreath on behalf of Blaby District Council.

If you can attend either of our local services, please do. It would be wonderful to see our villages come together to pay their respects. ❤️

🎃 𝐀 𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐢𝐧 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲

Good food 🌭 at the Halloween Event (open until 8PM tonight), a quick stop at The Red Lion to pick up one of the commemorative glasses which is fundraising for the Royal British Legion 🍺 and even a rather spooky encounter at the Sapcote Pavilion! 👻😂

Lovely to see people out and about enjoying themselves and supporting local events and businesses.

🍂🎃 This is what our villages are all about!

Thank you to the volunteers who help bring these events together, The Red Lion - Sapcote, Sapcote Parish Council and most of all, our local residents.

Have a safe and happy Halloween everyone.
