As you know we love a run report at Mole Valley so we were delighted when Abby and Jim offered to write reports giving us their perspective on today's Halloween event.

Congratulations to everyone who achieved their goals and milestones today and especially to Abby who completed her 500th parkrun! A blue milestone t-shirt incoming we suspect!

The countdown to Christmas and New Years Day doubles continues with the added celebration of a 400th milestone for Mole Valley parkrun on January the 1st! Who'd have thought?

As always we go again next Saturday with event 391, see you there.
