We will be cancelling rhyme time during half term week due to staffing shortages.

We apologise for any inconvenience and look forward to picking up these popular sessions in the first week of November as normal.

There will be lots of Halloween activities on for you and your little one to enjoy so we look forward to seeing you in the library.

Posting a little bit later than usual but here is what is on in Verwood Library this week. Please come along on Tuesday afternoon to meet Wispa, the therapy dog.

We have Rhyme Time on as usual this week. 10:15 is fully booked but there are still spaces for the 11:15 slot.

Please be aware, due to staff shortage in half term week, that we will not be able to run any Rhyme Time sessions on Thursday 29 October.

We have an exciting new event at Verwood Library! Wispa, the therapy dog, is coming to help with story reading on Tuesday afternoons. Come any time between 3:10pm and 3:40pm. Wispa would love to meet you.

(For your awareness and for anyone with allergies, Wispa will be in the children's area during the time above. We will put up a poster on the door to make everyone aware. Thank you for your co-operation.)

We can help you find a book, advise you on digital queries and help you with general enquiries. We have lots of events going on throughout the week too.

On Tuesday we have a very special visitor called Wispa who is a therapy dog. His owner will be reading stories from 3:10 - 3:40 in the children's area.

See you soon.
