Yearly Halloween Safety Reminder 🎃

We’ve put together a little trick-or-treat safety guide! Please follow the tips below and enjoy your evening.

Remember, if a house isn’t clearly inviting trick-or-treaters, don't visit. As a general guide, a single pumpkin or autumnal wreath outside a house isn’t enough; the pumpkins generally need to be lit, and some houses add extra decorations and signs.

We appreciate that most people know this, especially adults, but the police still report many calls each year from people who are scared by knocks on the door.

With that in mind, if you live in a West End area that welcomes trick-or-treaters, please let others know in the comments!

We have a half term event for all ages - EVERYONE IS WELCOME. Please come along, grab a free cuppa, talk to us, entertain the children and get your bikes marked for FREE! I also have Victim Support and the Blue Lamp Trust attending.

Please join us in wishing Youth & Community Leader, Nikki, huge congratulations on 26 years of service at West End Parish Council 🧡

In her 26 years at the Youth Club, she has made a positive impact on West End's youth and family community, from launching the Community Games to taking thousands of children on exciting trips around Hampshire and beyond. We want to thank Nikki for everything she does for the residents of West End and us.

Starting next week, FREE trail on Hatch Grange - find the name of the skeleton (who will be residing in from Monday morning), we've got lots of chocolate and sweeties to give out 🎃🧡🐈‍⬛

Did you know we have an on-site cafe? The Hatch Cafe serve a range of fresh food, cakes and drinks. Everything is reasonably priced, and you will be served with a smile 🙂

How delicious does this Cappucino made by one of the cafe gals look? ❤️

Why not pop in and get one this week? We are open tomorrow 9am till 4pm, Friday 9am till 5pm and Saturday 9am till 1.30pm.
