ChatHealth lets young people text questions on issues including anxiety and mental health, bullying and friendships, family worries, smoking, alcohol and drugs and sexual health and body image
Messages are answered confidentially by a school nurse within 24 hours, Monday to Friday, 10amâ4pm.

National Smile Month 2026 raises awareness of having good oral health and promotes the value of a healthy smile and is now underway, with a series of free events planned at local community venues.
Dental nurses will be on hand to offer advice and information. There will be special oral health activities for children and free resources such as toothbrushes and toothpaste will be available to take away.
