Ever felt that working in the creative industries takes its toll on your mental health? A free online course, designed by psychotherapist and trainer Sarah McCaffrey, is being offered to freelancers to support them in their mental wellbeing. The 30-minute e-learning module, created by ScreenSkills with funding from Arts Council England, addresses the specific challenges of working in the creative industries.

Why not come along to the 'The Moment: Cultural & Creative Sector Careers in the Black Country' talent conference on Friday 7th October 2022 from 12.30-16.30 at the Grand Theatre in Wolverhampton hosted by the WMCA Cultural Leadership Board.
