The applicants will have already passed entrance but need to examine their motives for joining and be conversant with the Commando Ethos as these aspects get lost during civilianisation.

Outcomes from this include, feeling like a bootneck again, brutal sense of humour established, meeting real people instead of fb pals and going out.
