Meanwhile at Swim Blue…

Our lovely swimmers are still turning up for a dip, and the family have been roped into redecorating the our existing room which we can’t wait to see ?

Apparently, a storm isn’t a good enough excuse for a day off in this family!

Bit by bit, it’s all coming together.

Wind outside, warm pool inside and paintbrushes at the ready! 🎨

We can’t wait to show you the finished room, so make sure you’re following us for the big reveal, behind-the-scenes updates and a few exciting surprises along the way! 👀

Wallpaper vs Paint above the wood panelling ? Which do you think would look best ?

Well, that’s one way to arrive at a soundbath! 🧹😂

Apparently I’ve been going about this relaxation business all wrong.

I was aiming for a gentle landing, a bit of peace and quiet and some lovely calming sounds.

Instead, I’ve ended up needing a soundbath myself! 🤣

Thankfully, at Abbey Warren Retreat ( Swim Blue) the only flying we encourage is your mind drifting off somewhere lovely while the rest of you stays comfortably tucked up on a floating bed.

No broomsticks, no crash landings, just beautiful sounds and a chance to switch off from the world for a bit.

You can still catch 2 SPACES with me 😃 yours truly on the 26TH OCT ( NOW FULLY BOOKED)
30TH OCT is FULLY BOOKED
Our NEXT DATE is 6TH NOV 715 pm see you there
8 spaces available

Anyone else feel like their week has gone a bit like this? 😂

Well, it looks like I’ve got a little competition in the marketing department! 😂🏊‍♂️

My 10-year-old has decided to get behind our charity swim, and he’s even stepped in front of the camera to tell you all about it!

On Sunday 1st November, we’re opening our pool at Abbey Warren Retreat & Spa for a very special charity swim in support of Shooting Stars. ❤️

Shooting Stars supports babies, children and young people with life-limiting conditions, as well as their families. A cause that really does deserve our support.

And the best bit? You can help simply by coming for a swim!

💦 Sunday 1st November
🏊 Swimming sessions at 11am and 12.30pm
💷 Just £5 per person
👨‍👩‍👧 Children under 8 must have an adult swimming with them (£5 for adults too!)

And because no swimming trip is quite complete without a little something afterwards, we’ll have drinks and cake available to purchase too. 🍰

It’s a lovely opportunity to get the children together, enjoy a swim and raise some money for a wonderful cause.

To book your place, email [email protected].

Now, please give my little presenter some love. He’s doing his bit for charity, and I think he might be after my job next! 😂❤️

Please share this post and help us make a BIG splash for Shooting Stars! 💦 spa

£600 for a gym membership and only went THREE times! 😂 This really made me chuckle !

That’s £200 a visit! I think we can all agree Rosie might have been better off just going for a swim!

Hands up, who’s got a gym membership that’s getting more rest than they are? 🙋‍♀️

At Abbey Warren Retreat you can hire our lovely warm indoor swimming pool privately, bring your favourite people and actually enjoy your exercise for just £40.00 for up to 4 people 😊💙

No crowded lanes, no fighting for space and absolutely no need to pretend you’re training for the Olympics.

Although if you just want to float about and have a good natter, we won’t judge! 😂

Oh and a FREE COMPLIMENTARY SAUNA …

I’ll admit, floating around on an airbed in a swimming pool whilst someone plays gongs and singing bowls might sound a little unusual.

But don’t just take my word for it…

I thought I’d share a little peek at one of our floating soundbaths, along with what some of our lovely guests had to say afterwards.

There’s something rather special about switching off, having nowhere to be and absolutely nothing to do.

And the best bit? You don’t even have to get wet!

Have a little watch…… would you give this a go? 🥰. wellness

🔔2PM CANCELLATION 💦

Well, someone’s Saturday plans have changed, which means we’ve now got a 2pm private swim available today! 💦

Bit last minute, I know, but if anyone fancies an afternoon dip without sharing the pool with half of Lincolnshire, give me a shout! 😂

Pool’s lovely and warm too!

Just pop me a message if you’d like it 😊
