This morning we were visited by the beautiful Frodo. Many of of us love horses so we really enjoyed this experience. He was so kind and gentle and had such soft fur! ❤️
Thank you to his lovely owners who brought him in to see us 🐴

We may have been a bit quiet recently, but we’ve had lots going on here at The Rowans!
We’ve had another session with Culture Shift creating art work in Worthing this time and have attended this year’s cricket day in Arundel where, despite the weather we had a great time.
We’ve also had a visit to Guild Care for another performance of our own comedy show and we’ve ticked another request off from our peoples forum, this time we visited Goring Gap where we flew a kite as many of us had never done this before!

The 9th September was Emergency Services Day. We chose to celebrate by visiting Worthing Fire Station and we had a visit from Sussex Police. We found both of these visits very educational and we learnt lots of useful information!
We were lucky to be present when the fire service had a real life call out so we got to see them jump into action and were then allowed to use their hoses and have a sit in the fire truck!
Thank you to all the emergency services for the work they do and to everyone that made these visits possible! 🚒🚑🚓

We had another brilliant session at Cycall Adapted Cycling the other week. Thank you so much to them for offering us this opportunity for more of us to give cycling a go!
We hope to see you again in 2027 🚵
