Autumn is tiptoeing in. Time for hot chocolate, cosy couches and a big pile of books. Hopefully it will get cool enough soon to see off those huge spiders that are swaggering about indoors like they own the place. Some of them are sitting there with their own pile of books they checked out (50 ways to cook a fly, or How to filter the screams of giants). Note: however tempting it may be, please don't squish them with your current book!

Huntington Library will happily take jigsaw puzzles (adult 500 or 1000 piece) and wool donations. Jigsaws are a great fundraiser and we have a new adult craft group who would love any wool you have to spare. Craft group meets Fridays at 2pm, so pop along with your knitting, crochet, sewing etc and have a cuppa and a chat.
