🎓 Celebrating Excellence in Professional Development
On 10 June 2026, the Grenada Postal Corporation proudly hosted its Postal Diploma Certificate Presentation and Recognition Ceremony, celebrating staff members who successfully completed the Postal Diploma Programme delivered by Miami Business Technological University (MBTU) in collaboration with the Universal Postal Union (UPU) and the Caribbean Postal Union (CPU).
This milestone reflects our commitment to continuous learning, professional development, and organisational excellence. Throughout the six-week programme, participants enhanced their knowledge of postal logistics, digital transformation, regulation, international postal relations, and last-mile delivery—equipping them to better serve our customers in an increasingly dynamic postal environment.

🌍📮 **Grenada Represented at Global Post-Customs Forum on Security and Business**
Grenada proudly participated in the **Global Post-Customs Forum on Security and Business**, hosted by the Postal Union of the Americas, Spain and Portugal (PUASP) in **San Salvador, El Salvador**, from **9–11 June 2026**. The forum brought together postal, customs and international trade leaders to address key issues relating to security, customer expectations, e-commerce, risk management and cross-border trade facilitation.
Representing Grenada were **Mr. Khary Delves**, Member of the Grenada Postal Corporation Board of Directors, and **Mrs. Karen Forsythe-Hall**, Comptroller of Customs & Excise.
Their participation underscores Grenada's commitment to strengthening collaboration between postal and customs authorities, enhancing security within the postal network, and advancing efficient, customer-focused international mail and e-commerce services.

The Grenada Postal Corporation is pleased to announce that Grenada has been successfully re-elected to serve on the Caribbean Postal Union (CPU) Management Board for the upcoming term.
Grenada will serve alongside fellow board members from **The Bahamas, Curaçao, France, the Cayman Islands, and Jamaica**, contributing to the advancement of postal development, innovation, and regional cooperation across the Caribbean.
This election reflects the confidence placed in Grenada's leadership and contribution to the regional postal sector. We look forward to working collaboratively with our colleagues to support a resilient, modern, and customer-focused postal network for the benefit of the region.

The Grenada Postal Corporation (GPC) was proudly represented at the 28th Caribbean Postal Union Conference held in Nassau, Bahamas, from 25–29 May 2026 under the theme **"Leading for Resilience – Transforming Caribbean Posts for a Connected Future."**
Representing Grenada were Director of Post, **Randal Robinson**, and Deputy Director of Post, **Abeesha Toussaint-Maximay**, who actively contributed to key discussions shaping the future of postal services across the Caribbean.
GPC played a prominent role in the conference's technical programme:
🔹 **Day 2:** Deputy Director of Post, Abeesha Toussaint-Maximay, moderated a panel discussion on **AI, digitisation, and postal innovation**, exploring how postal operators can embrace change, remain competitive, and ensure long-term sustainability.
🔹 **Day 3:** Director of Post, Randal Robinson, served as a panelist on discussions focused on **postal growth, e-commerce, competition, and resilience**, highlighting strategies for building customer-focused delivery ecosystems and strengthening regional postal networks.
GPC's participation and leadership in these high-level discussions reflect the growing recognition of Grenada's expertise within the regional postal sector and underscore our commitment to innovation, resilience, and service excellence.
