تودّ قنصلية لبنان الفخرية في تبليسي- جورجيا إعلام المواطنين اللبنانيين الكرام أنه اعتبارًا من 1 مارس 2026 دخل حيّز التنفيذ تعديل جديد على قانون جورجيا المتعلق بهجرة العمل.

🔹 أصبح يتوجب على أي مواطن لبناني يرغب في العمل أو ممارسة نشاط مهني أو تجاري في جورجيا الحصول على تصريح عمل رسمي عبر المنصة الحكومية الإلكترونية المختصة:
https://labourmigration.moh.gov.ge

🔹 يُمنح تصريح العمل لمدة سنة قابلة للتجديد.
🔹 في حال عدم حيازة إقامة سارية، يجب بعد الحصول على تصريح العمل التقدم بطلب تأشيرة عمل (D1) و/أو تصريح إقامة مناسب.
