🌐 A new book is now available in Ilia State University's digital library: Research Methods in Education by Louis Cohen, Lawrence Manion, and Keith Morrison.
📌 Written by three leading British academics, this publication stands as the standard reference text for research methods courses in education. It covers every stage of the research process, from design and data collection through to analysis and the presentation of findings, and draws on a wide spectrum of methodological approaches used across the field. The guide is rich in practical guidance grounded in substantial theoretical foundations, addressing contemporary issues such as feminist theory, ethical codes and responsibilities, informed consent, and deception, among others. 🌐 A new methodological guide, “Social Pedagogy in Social Work,” is now available through the Ilia State University e-library.

📌 The publication was developed the Eurasian project “Building Bridges,” which focused on advancing practice-based learning in the field of social work. It brings together key approaches to social pedagogy, principles of inclusion for people with disabilities, and practical frameworks for implementing social reforms across Armenia, Georgia, Kyrgyzstan, and Norway.

📌 Created as the outcome of a three-year international collaboration, the guide is intended for both professionals and students in social work - particularly those enrolled in the Master’s Program in Social Work at Ilia State University.

🔹 ნაშრომი იკვლევს გმირის მოგზაურობის უნივერსალურ არქეტიპს მსოფლიოს მითოლოგიებსა და ეპოსებში. კემპბელი აანალიზებს, თუ როგორ გადის ყველა კულტურის გმირი ერთ და იმავე გზას საბოლოო მიზნის მისაღწევად, კულტურული სახესხვაობების მიუხედავად.

🔹 This work explores the universal archetype of the hero's journey across world mythologies and epics. Campbell analyzes how heroes across all cultures follow the same path toward their ultimate goal, regardless of cultural differences.

🔻 Drawing on comparative mythology, psychoanalysis, and literary criticism, the study examines myth as an expression of human imagination that uses symbols to explain the social, cosmological, and spiritual conditions of the world. First published in 1949, this book remains one of the most influential works in comparative mythology.
