🇧🇷 Brazil just launched the Single Window for Investments — a one-stop digital portal that brings together, in one place, the services, data, and guidance foreign investors need to set up and operate in the country.

Launched on March 17 by Vice President Geraldo Alckmin, the platform was built by CAMEX/MDIC and SERPRO with support from the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) and more than twenty federal and state agencies. It rests on three pillars:
▪️ Services — investor visas, company opening, the Direct Investment Ombudsman, plus sectoral journeys for infrastructure projects and biofuels
▪️ Information — the InvestVis platform with detailed FDI flow and stock data, plus the InvestLeg legal-certainty guides developed with the AGU
▪️ Promotion — sector and state-level investment opportunities, linked to PPI, the New PAC, New Industry Brazil (NIB), and Apex-Brasil

Available in 12 languages: Portuguese, English, French, Spanish, traditional and simplified Mandarin, Japanese, Arabic, German, Korean, Hindi, and Russian.

Expected impact, once fully implemented: ~35% reduction in service processing times (IDB), an additional ~12% in FDI inflows (UNCTAD), and a meaningful cut in the digitalization-related share of the so-called "Brazil Cost" (FGV).

Tbilisi City Hall:
“Tbilisi Mayor Kakha Kaladze met with the heads of diplomatic missions operating in Georgia.
The Mayor held a farewell meeting with the Turkish Ambassador to Georgia and an introductory meeting with the Brazilian Ambassador.
At the meeting, the Mayor of Tbilisi thanked the Turkish Ambassador Ali Kaan Orbay for the contribution he made to the relations between the two countries during his work in Georgia.
“Thank you for the cooperation and for your contribution to the deepening of relations and even greater friendship between our countries. We highly appreciate the friendship between our countries. We will do everything to further deepen these good-neighborly relations. I wish you success in your future activities. We remain friends. Know that you have many friends in Georgia, including me, as an ordinary Georgian,” said Kakha Kaladze.
In turn, the Turkish Ambassador noted that he felt very calm and safe in Tbilisi.
“Thank you for finding time for the meeting despite your busy schedule. I would like to express my gratitude that I felt at home in this city for four years. Due to my work, I have had to live in many countries and nowhere have I felt as safe and calm as in Tbilisi. I had the opportunity to personally follow the development of Tbilisi. It is difficult to lead historical cities, because you know that something needs to be done and you cannot touch it, because it has a history. You have managed to find a way out of the situation. I know that you have many new plans and projects in relation to Tbilisi. I would like to wish you success and know that you have a friend in Ankara. I hope that we will have the opportunity to meet again in different formats in the future,” said Kakha Kaladze.
As for the introductory meeting with the Ambassador of Brazil to Georgia, Carlos Martins Ceglia, the Mayor of Tbilisi expressed his readiness to contribute to the deepening of relations between the two countries.
“It is a great pleasure to meet you. I would like to express my respect. Based on my previous work, I have many friends in Brazil. I highly appreciate your culture and traditions. We are ready to work actively to make our relations more intense,” said Kakha Kaladze.
In turn, the Brazilian Ambassador thanked the Mayor of Tbilisi for the meeting and noted that it is an honor for him to be the Ambassador of his country to Georgia and to work in Tbilisi. The parties expressed hope that their cooperation will be fruitful.”

O prefeito realizou uma reunião de despedida com o embaixador da Turquia na Geórgia e uma reunião introdutória com o embaixador do Brasil.
Na reunião, o prefeito de Tbilisi agradeceu ao embaixador turco Ali Kaan Orbay pela contribuição que ele fez às relações entre os dois países durante seu trabalho na Geórgia.

Devido ao meu trabalho, tive que morar em muitos países e em nenhum lugar me senti tão seguro e tranquilo como em Tbilisi. Tive a oportunidade de acompanhar pessoalmente o desenvolvimento de Tbilisi. É difícil liderar cidades históricas, porque você sabe que algo precisa ser feito e não pode mexer nisso, porque tem uma história. Você conseguiu encontrar uma saída para a situação. Sei que você tem muitos planos e projetos novos em relação a Tbilisi. Gostaria de desejar sucesso e saber que você tem um amigo em Ancara. Espero que tenhamos a oportunidade de nos encontrar novamente em diferentes formatos no futuro”, disse Kakha Kaladze.
Quanto à reunião introdutória com o Embaixador do Brasil na Geórgia, Carlos Martins Ceglia, o prefeito de Tbilisi expressou sua disposição em contribuir para o aprofundamento das relações entre os dois países.
