*Teacher Allegedly Commits Su***de After Losing A Loan Invested In QNet*

According to reports, the incident was said to have occurred on Sunday, 18th July 2021 in the afternoon.

John Atta did not leave any note behind, explaining the reasons for his actions but Starr News gathered that he had lost money he invested into an online business.

The report has it that John was deceived into taking a loan and investing in the online business named Qnet but unfortunately, the venture turned out to be a scam. He incessantly complained of hardship as a result of the huge deduction of his monthly salary so he only takes home GHC500.

His brother Benjamin Boateng also narrated the unfortunate incident to Starr News by saying; “apart from the fact that he complained that he only takes home GH¢500 after deduction of his loan, he was hallucinating too so it seems there were evil forces haunting him”.

Reacting to the incident, the Assemblyman for the Tinkong Electoral Area, Samuel Abokyi also said; “it is true. Yesterday we had a big funeral at Tinkong while at the funeral we had information that someone has committed su***de. Later, the police called me that the family had reported so I went there and the body was conveyed to the morgue. He hanged himself with a piece of cloth in a room”.

Meanwhile, the body of John Atta has been deposited at the morgue for preservation and autopsy as the police commence further investigations on the matter.
