In the Western world, when we say black history month, it is assumed that black history should begin from the time of slavery. What the narrative refuses to accept is that black people has always existed 10000 to 20000 years ago and that the correct narrative should never begin their history from a period of black oppression and slavery. People of African descent must write their own history so the young ones can understand that there was black transcendence before the greedy quest of the West to enslave our race.
