Emmanuel Clottey, aspiring Greater Accra Regional Secretary, will be in attendance at the UG TESCON General Meeting 2026, themed: The Blue Summit; Recapturing the Hill, Reclaiming Legon Back.

As the NPP works towards rebuilding and repositioning itself for victory in 2028, Emmanuel Clottey's vision of restoration emphasizes reconnecting with the youth, strengthening TESCON and reviving the party's intellectual and grassroots base.

TESCON remains the training ground for future leaders and restoring the strength of our tertiary front is key to restoring the strength of our party.
