BIG CHANGES FOR GHANA'S COURIER & DELIVERY SECTOR! 🏍️📦

The Postal and Courier Services Regulatory Commission (PCSRC) has officially launched iCOLMS-GH, a digital platform designed to modernize and regulate all courier and logistics services in Ghana.

This development impacts delivery business owners and individual couriers, who are now required to register for a license online. If you operate a delivery service, whether as a large international company or an individual with a motorcycle, tricycle, or bicycle, registration is mandatory.

Registration can be done via USSD by dialing *928*007 # and following the prompts, through WhatsApp by texting 'Hi' or 'Hello' to 0596111611, or via the PCSRC website at www.pcsrc.gov.gh.

Upon registration, you will receive an instant PCSRC Rider ID, a Digital Operation License Number, and a QR Code Sticker, which must be presented to enforcement officers when requested.

It is crucial to register between January 2, 2026, and March 31, 2026, as failure to do so will result in operating illegally, and the PCSRC will collaborate with the Ghana Police Service to apprehend and prosecute offenders.

This initiative aims to improve service quality, boost security, and ensure transparency in the industry, featuring an 'Incident Reporting' tool for customers and operators to lodge complaints directly.

For inquiries, call the hotline at 0553557500, Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, or email [email protected].
