Our CEO Yaw Twumasi Ankrah speaking at the Fastmarkets Bauxite & Alumina Conference 2026, outlining Ghana’s policy priorities for bauxite refinery development.

He highlighted that Ghana’s policy is firmly anchored on processing bauxite into high-value, smelter-grade alumina to support GIADEC’s vision and supply VALCO and other smelters for aluminium metal production driving value addition, industrialisation, and sustainable growth for Ghana.

The Environmental Protection Authority has issued a Public Notice on the Scoping Report and Draft Terms of Reference for the proposed Nyinahin Block A Bauxite Mining Project.

Stakeholders and interested persons are invited to review the documentation and submit written comments within 21 days of publication.
