We'd like to extend our appreciation to the almighty God for making our health screening exercise at [the] Buduburam Refugee Settlement a success. We were able to have approximately 100 inhabitants officially screened and given medical advice as to how they can improve, maintain and secure their health status per the results we got. Others were asked to go in for further check up to ascertain our inferences.
Per the results we got from those screened ,about 70% of them have hypertension and prediabetic traits, 15% of them are overweight,5% of them have hypotension and 10% had an almost healthy status. We advised the 70% group to go for further medical check up to provide them with more explanations on their test results. The 15% group was given a rational diet plan to help them reduce their body mass index to the normal. The 10% group was advised on maintaining their healthy status. About 70% of those screened have blood group O(+),20% have blood group A(+),5% have blood group B(-) ,2% have blood group AB(+) and 3% have blood group B(+).
The health screening exercise was partially free.
We would like to thank the Gomoa East District Sanitation Team for giving us the necessary assistance in making this exercise useful and successful. Our special thanks goes to those who came to have themselves screened say,Liberians,Ghanaians,Nigerians,Sierra Leoneans,Togolese,Congolese,Ivorians etc.
The collaboration was great. The feedbacks are awesome.Kudos to our supporting executives and our cherished members for showing up to grace the occasion.
We thank the Divine Health Awareness team [where our President serve as Director of Health Awareness] for the collaboration. Your team is great and we look forward to more collaborations with you guys.
Long Live Lisa-Gh!

We've come to embrace another day on earth say,Mother's Day. It's a day where all admirations built around motherhood are expressed with sincerity. It's a day where mothers around the world are given gifts as a sign of appreciation for their motherhood;giving birth to children, nurturing children, enabling that all children are given equal opportunities to unearth their God given potentials usefully, without discrimination.
Mothers are special beings because of their integral relevance they've persevered since creation:Motherhood-all love begins and ends there. They 're capable of hearing our inner cry, capable of enduring our pains just to have us smiling, they are those people whose absence are felt immensely, they're the backbone of the family, nothing matters to them then their desire to see children happy at all times, their words are tender for the opening of our minds towards making the right decisions at all times, they are instinctive philosophers, and nothing is really lost until your mom can't find it- they're phenomenon. We wouldn't have come this far if it had not been our mother's efforts, sacrifices and smart work coupled with hard work! It was because of you mothers that we can openly say, because, you begin to love us from the day of conception without you knowing, how our phenotypic form would have been.
On this day, we would like to extend our heartfelt HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY to all our mothers out there. We love you immensely and it's our prayer that, you all continue to usefully make impacts in the lives of we your children and the society as a whole. Only a mother, just a mother can alter an entire society significantly and this can be done by a mother ensuring that her children emulate the highest form of sincerity in all their endeavours. We'll need you to be strong for us now.The world is changing especially Africa, corruption, bad governance, violence have end up being our associates and they're yielding insignificant results, which are at our detriment. We need you to stand up and preach the good news ; a one that will sink deep into our conscious minds and have us thinking and acting to reverse the caused harm and build an Africa and a world far more better than this one we now live in for our future generations-your great grandchildren and grandchildren!
Enjoy this day to the fullest ,our mothers!

Happy Mother's Day!
