HRM Notse Nii Nortey Owuo IV was hosted by the leadership of Novartis as part of his official duty visit and tour of Novartis. Notse held discussion related to opioids addiction support and investment in STEM education in Ghana. Notse was joined by Nii Nortey Adumuah IV - Osiahene, Nii Nortey Opimbuor Agbo II - Kotobabi Mantse and other traditional leaders.

HRM Notse Nii Nortey Owuo IV spent time engaging with students of African decent and some archival material at the Yale Beinecke Rare Books and Manuscripts Library. This was the first return to campus for Notse since he was there in his undergraduate years as part of the then YAAPD fellowship program. He was accompanied by Nii Nortey Adumuah IV - Osiahene, Nii Tempong Sarpei III - Dzaase Asafoatse and some other officials.

HRM Notse Nii Nortey Owuo IV together with the team of the Osu Heritage Foundation visited the University of Basel to discuss collaboration on historical projects related to Osu (Christiansborg). His Royal Majesty noted the need for indigenous scholars to be involved in such initiatives. His Royal Majesty was accompanied by traditional leaders from different parts of Ghana.

HRM Notse Nii Nortey Owuo IV and the Osu State joins all of Ghana in mourning the tragic deaths of these servants of the nations. Nii extends his thoughts and prayers to the bereaved family, the president and the entire republic. May their souls rest in peace.

HRM Notse Nii Nortey Owuo IV was the guest speaker at the special graduation ceremony of the School of Public Service and Governance at the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration. His Royal Majesty spoke on the importance of public service in shaping a country. Notse was escorted by Niimei of the Osu Traditional Area including Nii Annang Ofori - Papao Mantse, Nii Nortey Opimbuor Agbo II - Kotobabi Mantse, Nii Nortey Gbejelor - Narhman Mantse and Nii Nortey Tatse - Lubunya Mantse.
