FEW FACTS ABOUT WEALTH

(1.) Your salary will never make you rich. Your boss isn't that foolish.

(2.) Your salary is fixed, are your expenses fixed?.

(3.) If your company pays you the exact true value of the services you render, they would be running at a loss. As an employee, you are underpaid.

(4.) Once you get HIRED, you either get FIRED or RETIRED, you may also resign when you're TIRED.

(5.) Salary is the bribe you're given to forget your dreams, family, freedom, self-esteem, academics, social life and other personal goals.

(6.) Your kids won't inherit your post in that company you're employed in. Employment is not hereditary.

(7.) If your salary is not huge enough to pay your bills, leaving you with sufficient amount to save, prepare for poverty after you stop work.

(8.) If you must work, before you eat,if you get paralysed, ill or become aged, hunger will strike you.

(9.) Being an employee is a bit similar to being a slave, you take orders, you are regimented, when will you become a master?.

(10.) In Forbes list of the richest men in the world, show me one employee

A WORD IS ENOUGH FOR THE WISE

SALARY!!....

Research has it that the poorest groups of people in the world are Salary earners, next to beggars.

They live in a vicious cycle of poverty managed on 30 days.Salary is continuously being awaited every month and any slight delay brings about heartbreaking anxiety, pressure and disappointment.

Salary Is a short term solution to a life time problem.

Salary alone cannot solve your money problems. You need multiple Sources of income to balance.

The tax return form contains about 11 income streams, salary is just one.

Don't live Life fishing with just one hook, there many fishes in the ocean.

Salary is the MEDICINE for managing POVERTY, not the Cure of it. Only your BUSINESS or INVESTMENT Cures Poverty.

Most investors are not salary earners.

The difference between those beggars on the street and salary earners is one month salary.

Truncate the flow of their salary for one month and you would realized majority belong to the lower class.

If you divide your salary by the rate of exchange, you Will discover that you are poorer relative to when you started work.

Or divide your salary per annum by 2,000hours to know what your one hour is worth.

If you do not have 3 months salary in savings, you are already poor.

Being a salary earner is a mentality ,break It!
Your worth Is far more than your salary.

Salary Is the value someone has put on your effort. How much do you value yourself?

You can't increase in value, unless you value yourself differently.

Life is a trade off between time, effort and reward. To be rewarded more, you have to become more valuable.

Most salary earners end up poor in the long and short term.

I therefore urge every one of us to be FINANCIALLY INTELLIGENT, FINANCIALLY LITERATE and TRAIN OUR EYES TO SEE OPPORTUNITIES IN PROBLEMS; delve into entrepreneurship because Salary is a lifetime disappointment.

Salary is not design to make you rich but just to Sustain you for a while so that you can continue to serve your Master/Mistress.
Being a salary earner or investor is a decision.
Life Will not change until you decide. Make the move!

Definition of Salary is;
(S)omething
(A)lways
(L)ow
(A)nd
(R)educing
(Y)ou

*Getting a job is RISKY

*Keeping the job is RISKY

*Getting out of the job is RISKY

*Starting a business is RISKY

*Investing your money is RISKY

*Trying new things is RISKY

*Not trying new things is RISKY

*Getting rich is RISKY

*Staying poor is RISKY

*Meeting new people is RISKY

*Leaving alone is RISKY

* Utilizing Opportunity is a Risky

* Rejecting Opportunity because of doubt is RISKY

*Everything is RISKY

If you think investing is too risky, then wait until you are handed the bill for not investing.

Life is full of risk, no one even get out ALIVE.😉😀

If you try to avoid the risk, you are going to live a very small life😔. You must learn to manage the risk.

No one in particular was destined for success, everyone is invited to succeed.

SUCCESS is like an OCEAN, unlimited in supply.
But the problem is some of us approach the ocean with a TEASPOON.

The pessimist sees the hole in the doughnut, but the optimist sees the dough.

The pessimist sees the glass as half empty, but to the optimist, it's only half full.

Take the RISK. You will win the RACE

So it all depends on how you think/look at it.

THROW AWAY THAT DEGREE - AND THINK OUTSIDE THE BOX
"Most of the educated people in Ghana are poor. Majority of the educated earn a salary of less than Ghc1500. When the deductions are put into consideration, the net salary comes to around Ghc800. The net salary then suffers from loan deductions of up to Ghc 250 leaving the salary at around Ghc500. The landlord then demands for his Ghc150 and monthly shopping takes away 350 leaving one with nothing. The whole salary is gone and borrowed money starts operating. The borrowed money includes short loans and salary advances.
The difference between poverty and prosperity is property. A prosperous person has property to his name while a poverty stricken person has no property to show. Using this understanding, therefore, most of the degree holders are poverty stricken, borrowing money to buy chicken and chips, pizza, and a car.

The biggest excuse for getting paid such low amounts of money and having to sit and work for another person for 30 days is THE DEGREE that one possesses and that’s all. This has made most of the degree holders very poor to poverty stricken and will die that way most likely. A degree holder does not know how to generate money unless that money is generated for the employer. A degree holder is so dependent on the salary that he can do anything to get a job but will not think of starting a business of his own to employ others.

1. A degree holder is not prepared to sell chips but is very happy to work for Chicken Inn.

2. A degree holder is not prepared to start a company and grow it in two to three years but will spend three years searching for a job.
3. A degree holder is so eager to get out of this country and work in another country than spend time to develop his own country.

4. A degree holder staying in a foreign land is very keen to condemn his country but never contributing to the development of this country.

5. A Ghanaian degree holder would rather sweep the streets of UK or South Africa than start a business and make money in Ghana – others work in old people’s homes doing some work there.

6. A degree holder in Ghana will watch adult movies on his laptop but never to write a book using the same laptop to sell and make money.

7. A degree holder will blame the government for lack of jobs even after he was on government cadetship for him to have his degree.

8. Ghana is blessed with people who have master’s degree and others are doctors in different technical fields such as IT and Engineering but most of them have failed to create a cartoon character and develop a movie from the same instead very happy to buy Tom and Jerry for their children thereby promoting America.

Why are the degree holders poor?

Because they have decided to pride themselves in a degree and failed to think better than a man who does not have even a certificate to his name.

Degree holders spend their time liking articles on linkedIn and facebook but never have any care in the world to implement what they like. Poverty starts from the mind, a mind that just likes things but never to implement those things.

If you want to progress, throw away that degree and start thinking better than someone without a degree. Be prepared to get your hands dirty and work like an ox for your business. Your hard work will pay off".

2. Why do you find a graduate without a job (even some with first class and others with 2nd class upper)?

This is not the era of certificate, but the era of "sabificate" (what you do with what you know)

3. Why are people succeeding at the same thing you said you cannot be successful at?

..Success is a Mindset...

A wise man once said, "Your life flows in the direction of your thoughts."

"When You Want To Succeed As Bad As You Want To Breathe, Then You'll be Successful" - Eric Thomas.

1. Why do you see a 65-year old man working as a gateman or security man and another 65-year old man living a luxurious life? (Imagine, they both finished from the same school)!

What were the opportunities Mr. A said "No" to but which Mr. B said "Yes" to during their youthful days?
Think of the word "POOR" - Passing Over Opportunities Repeatedly...

10 years from now, your kids will be eating or starving from the decisions you make today...

Most people live the life they have to live NOT the life they want to life. Most graduates finish the tertiary Institutions, go ahead and complete National Service and still come back and sleep in their father's houses, some even spending each night in the sofa of the Hall.
