UPDATE ON DESTOOLMENT OF AKYEM AWORASAHENE BARIMA POBI ASOMANIN II.

Nana Aworasahene caused for his own doom.

He tried many times to enstool himself as Asamankesehene while there is legitimate gazetted Asamankesehene in the person of Osabarima Adu Darko III.

His Majesty Osagyefuo Amoatia Ofori Panin came into the matter and advised the Ghana police and the general public that there is a legitimate Asamankesehene and he should be protected and respect as such.

Aworasahene Barima Pobi Asomanin II continued portraying himself as Asamankesehene with the help of Captain Smart and his Onua FM and TV.

Osagyefuo summoned Nana Aworasahene to appear before him to settle the case, he came once and did not come again, that is where his insubordination started.

Okyenhene then told him you are a chief of Aworasa but you carry yourself as Asamankesehene on media platforms, before I continue with your own case before me, a pacification ritual has to be carried out on Bonsambuoso then you swear oath of allegiance again as a Aworasahene.

As Kyebihene Osabarima Marfo Okwabrane was going to bring a sheep for the ritual, Aworasahene continued with his disrespect and left Ofori Panin Fie without performing the pacification ritual and renewal of his oath of allegiance to the Okyenhene.
The sheep that was meant for pacification was used to destool him.

Barima Pobi Asomanin II is no more Aworasahene, the general public is also advised not to recognize him as a chief of Akyem Aworasa near Asamankese
