Review meeting to discuss findings of Maternity Assessment and hypertension screening of cooperate organizations within the district

The Atwima Kwanwoma District Health Directorate observed the World Day of the Sick together with St Lucy's Catholic Church members in Trabuom.

The Directorate took the opportunity to screen the church members for various diseases including
Hypertension, Diabetes Mellitus, Hepatitis B and Anaemia.

The Atwima Kwanwoma District is privileged to have a new District Director of Health Service (DDHS) to replace the outgone Madam Comfort Suglo.

The new DDHS in the person of Nana Adomako took time out to pay familiarization visits to ALL Health Facilities in the district. This enabled him to have first hand appraisal of current state of affairs on health within the district.
