It was a very busy week as the Atwima Nwabiagya Municipal NADMO made inspection at some hotels and schools to check their safety precautions and preparedness.
We also took the opportunity to educate some basic schools on some important precautions at work places and homes.
It was very interactive. We made an impact.

Today, the Municipal NADMO Management team paid familiarity visits to the above-listed institutions within the municipality. The purpose of the visit was to officially introduce the new Municipal NADMO leadership, strengthen working relationships, and reaffirm our commitment to effective collaboration in disaster prevention and response.
During the engagements, NADMO highlighted the need for inter-agency coordination, regular communication, and support during emergencies. Each institution expressed its willingness to collaborate and provide the necessary assistance to ensure that Atwima Nwabiagya remains safe and resilient against disasters.
The visits were successful and have laid the foundation for stronger partnerships and improved coordination in future operations. Attached are pictures taken. Thank you

🕊 In Loving Memory of Mr. Samuel Aboagye 🕊
It is with deep sorrow and heavy hearts that the National Disaster Management Organisation (NADMO) announces the untimely passing of our beloved Deputy Director General in charge of Protocol and Relief, Mr. Samuel Aboagye.
Mr. Aboagye tragically lost his life earlier today together with two ministers and five passengers in a helicopter crash while on official duty to Obuasi in the Ashanti Region. His dedication, service, and unwavering commitment to the safety and well-being of Ghanaians will forever be remembered.
We extend our deepest condolences to his family, friends, and all who knew him. May his soul rest in perfect peace.
