Farmers can achieve more when they grow together.

Through our farmer groups, smallholder farmers are able to combine their strength to improve access to farm inputs, exchange practical knowledge and support one another throughout the farming season. It is about building communities where farmers learn together, solve challenges together and create better opportunities for everyone.

At Tieme Ndo, we believe no farmer should have to grow alone.

A good harvest should lead to a good return for the farmer.

At Tieme Ndo, our support does not end when crops leave the field. We help farmers connect with reliable buyers who offer competitive prices, creating better opportunities for farmers to turn their harvests into meaningful income for themselves and their families.

Because farming should not only produce food; it should also improve livelihoods.

Bringing agricultural solutions closer to farmers also means creating opportunities within the communities we serve.

Through our Village Entrepreneurs Programme, selected farmers become trusted access points for Tieme Ndo's products and services in their communities, helping their neighbours access farm inputs and support more conveniently. At the same time, these entrepreneurs build an additional source of income, creating value for themselves while serving their communities.

Friday Farm Tip 🌱

More fertilizer does not always mean a better harvest. Applying the recommended rate for your crop and soil type, splitting applications where necessary, and applying fertilizer close to the root zone can help your crops get the nutrients they need without unnecessary waste.

Not sure what works best for your farm? Speak to your local extension officer. We are always happy to help make farming a little easier.

Access to farm inputs is important, but knowing how to use them effectively can make all the difference.

At Tieme Ndo, our support goes beyond providing inputs. Our field officers work alongside farmers, delivering practical and convenient extension support that makes modern, appropriate agronomic practices easier to understand and apply.

Because every seed planted and every bag of fertilizer used should contribute to a healthier crop, a better harvest and a stronger livelihood.

Behind every thriving farm is a farmer whose determination is matched with the right support.

Stories like Comfort Nyogtuor's remind us that when smallholder farmers can access quality inputs at the right time, they can unlock their full potential. Her progress reflects the impact the Baafo Programme is making, one farmer and one community at a time.

Our vision is to support 100,000 farmers by 2033, but we cannot get there alone. We invite development partners, agribusinesses, financial institutions, NGOs and organisations that share our commitment to transforming agriculture to partner with Tieme Ndo. Together, we can help thousands more farmers unlock their potential and build stronger, more resilient livelihoods.

Friday Farm Tip: Getting your hands on fertilizer, seeds and herbicides is only half the job, using them correctly is what turns them into a bigger harvest.

Follow recommended rates, apply at the right time, and store inputs properly so nothing goes to waste.

Using inputs the right way can help you double your yield.

For many smallholder farmers, the challenge is not the willingness to farm, but having enough money available when the farming season begins.

The Baafo Programme is helping change that.

By saving small amounts ahead of the farming season, farmers can prepare for their input needs without the pressure of having to raise all the money at once. When the season arrives, they are better positioned to access the quality seeds, fertilisers and other inputs they need, at the right time.

But Baafo goes beyond saving. Beneficiaries also receive priority access to mechanisation services and training, as well as discounted prices on selected farm inputs.

It is a simple approach to an important challenge: helping farmers plan ahead, reduce the financial pressure that comes with the start of the season, and get what they need when they need it.

With the Baafo Programme, we are making farming more convenient, timely and accessible, one farmer at a time.

Tieme Ndo started with one goal, make it easier and faster for smallholder farmers to get the inputs they need to farm well. We have grown from our very first farmers to a community of 10,000, and our sights are now set on 100,000 farmers by 2033. Every step of this journey is about removing the barriers between farmers and the inputs, training and markets that help them succeed.

The rains have started. Don't just buy inputs - know what you buy or buy what you know. Know when and how to use them.
