It is a free service for the general public to make use of and complaints are investigated in a fair and impartial way – we never take sides. If you have a problem with an entity under our jurisdiction you should first complain to the entity which caused the grievance. If you are not satisfied how your complaint has been handled, or has not been dealt with at all, we may be able to help.
