Today, Monday 15th September 2025, marked the final day of the 5-day training in Karantaba, where 36 women learned practical skills in measurement, labelling, and packaging of cereal products. Starting tomorrow, Tuesday 16th September, the training team from Naffa Foods Processing and Tumana Agency For Development officials will begin another 5-day session in Kundam Maffaty for 30 women from Fulladou East and parts of Tumana District, continuing the effort to empower women with knowledge and skills in cereal processing.

I am excited to attend the YouthConnekt Africa Export Accelerator 2024/25, a joint initiative by YouthConnekt Africa Hub, UNDP Africa, African Union and the Secretariat among other partners. It aims to empower 300 youth-owned enterprises across Africa by providing the necessary tools, resources, and support to enter and thrive in regional and international markets Building on the foundation laid by the 1st Edition, the program seeks to enhance Africa's economic landscape by leveraging the African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA).
