Dear friends and Students of SoSHSA,

Having acquired resilience, wherewithal, and experience in the realm of administration and theoretical leadership, it is reasonable to revamp or meliorate the system and build a strong Association that will represent the aspirations of all SoSHSA students.

On such background, I present to you my team, the team that's young but vibrant, determined and set to build a new vision for SoSHSA.

In this daunting but worthy journey, we bank on your support and motivation for the actualization of our guest to salvage our dear Association.

THE COALITION: OFFICIAL INTRODUCTION OF YOUR NEXT EXECUTIVE COUNCIL

The leadership of the Solutionists-Salvation (Coalition) is pleased to present your next Executive Council of the University of The Gambia Students' Union under the stewardship of H. E. Kemo Conteh.

The Coalition, as a transformative political entity anchored on the ideals of good governance, accountability and the tenets of transparency, offers you the best of leaders after a critical and rigorous assessment by both the Coalition Management and UTGSU Electoral Commission.

Hinging its pride on the evidenced pragmatism of the current government leading the Union under the stewardship of President Lagamy Gumaneh, we hope to usher in a greater cohort of leaders. Unarguably, this Coalition-led Union has evinced to all students through its groundbreaking-unprecedented successes that, indeed the right leadership for the Union ushers in sustainable solutions that salvages UTG students from predicaments.

Matter of fact, this year, the goal is to sustain the Agenda and accelerate the gains to improve service delivery for a much more vibrant Students’ Union. The Coalition is an embodiment of individuals with competence, a wealth of experience, requisite skills and unstained integrity. The Coalition does not just pride itself in the unshakable love and admiration students attached to the team, but also in the quality of its candidates.

To say the least, the Coalition is comprised of former and current student leaders from across all schools in the University of The Gambia. Almost all the schools in the University are represented in the team, which is a manifestation of the inclusiveness of the team.

The Coalition is cognizant of the fact that twelve (12) months do not offer the luxury of time. Therefore, this is a team you can trust to sustain and accelerate progress, rather than spending the greatest of time learning what to do as we have a Union to build.

Here is your next Executive Council. All you need to do to sustain the Agenda is to vote for these outstanding leaders on November 10th, 2022.

We know we are winning! That is certain. But in the relentless drive to sustain the agenda, we cannot do it alone, and you cannot do it alone; therefore, let’s do this together to the end.
