Entrepreneurial Ecosystems
There is research that shows high levels of self-employment can stall economic development: Entrepreneurship, if not properly regulated, can lead to unfair market practices and corruption, and too many entrepreneurs can create income inequalities in society. Overall, though, entrepreneurship is a critical driver of innovation and economic growth. Therefore, fostering entrepreneurship is an important part of the economic growth strategies of many local and national governments around the world.
To this end, governments commonly assist in the development of entrepreneurial ecosystems, which may include entrepreneurs themselves, government-sponsored assistance programs, and venture capitalists. They may also include non-government organizations, such as entrepreneurs' associations, business incubators, and education programs.
For example, California's Silicon Valley is often cited as an example of a well-functioning entrepreneurial ecosystem. The region has a well-developed venture capital base, a large pool of well-educated talent, especially in technical fields, and a wide range of government and non-government programs fostering new ventures and providing information and support to entrepreneurs.

Leadership, a term borrowed from English, defines an individual's ability to lead or lead other individuals or organizations in order to achieve certain goals. We will then say that a leader is someone who is able to guide, influence and inspire.
A leader differs from a manager or a decision-maker, who has the capacity for administration, without necessarily “leading” the group, the organization or the country to another stage of its development. A good manager can be a leader, but the two qualities are not automatically linked. Long associated with the political sphere, leadership is a sought-after quality in a large number of areas. Thus, we will also speak of leadership in the world of business, culture or science or even in the field of sport. A distinction can also be made between public leadership and private leadership, the latter being business-oriented. A politician is therefore not necessarily a leader; conversely, many leaders are not politicians.
As much as the fields covered by leadership have evolved, the qualities that define it have multiplied. If leadership in the past was intimately associated with the personality of the leader and particularly with his charisma, many recent studies suggest a learned capacity, fruit of experience and linked to specific contexts. Some of the skills (or qualities) found in leaders include: vision, strategy, persuasion, communication, trust and ethics.

Entrepreneurship is the possibility for any individual to launch their own initiative on their own account. Nowadays, it is all the easier as the internet facilitates the procedures and limits the expenses.
Misconceptions about entrepreneurship are often negative, but it is a source of many benefits. For the most accomplished entrepreneurs, entrepreneurship even achieves a sense of zen.
The main idea of entrepreneurship is to depend only on yourself. By setting up on his own account, the entrepreneur is free to make the decisions he wishes within the framework of his activity.
Of course, that's not entirely true. Admittedly, he no longer has a hierarchy to indicate to him any procedure and certain imperatives. But new obligations arise from the relationship with partners, customers and administrative authorities.
This feeling of freedom is therefore contrasted for some by the pressure of responsibility and workload. But isn't that a low "price" for freedom?
Necessarily, there is interaction with customers and prospects. On the financial side, the entrepreneur quickly reaches a balance. All the profiles he makes can be reinvested as he wishes. Thus, it is he who pays himself his salary and disposes of the rest of the profits as he sees fit.
As soon as he reaches a certain level of financial independence, the entrepreneur feels fulfilled and can project himself into his future without having to restrict himself.
It is only once he becomes aware of all this that the entrepreneur lets go and finds zenitude in entrepreneurship.
