Consular outreach in Guatemala!

The Philippine Embassy in Mexico wishes to announce the conduct of a Consular Outreach Mission to provide the following services to Filipinos residing in or nearby Guatemala on 19 November 2023 (0800H-1700H):

1. Passport Application (new, renewal, lost);
2. Civil registration (Registration of Birth and Marriage);
3. Dual Citizenship;
4. Consularization of Documents (SPA, Acknowledgement of Work Contracts, etc.); and
5. Overseas Voter Registration

The venue is to be announced.

Once the registration link is live, all passport applicants must schedule an appointment via https://www.passport.gov.ph/ under PE Mexico – Outreach Guatemala City, Guatemala. The Embassy shall strictly implement the by-appointment policy and entertain only those who can present their printed schedule and application form.

For inquiries on other consular services available during the outreach, please send an email to the Consular Section at [email protected] at the soonest time possible.

Reminders:

1. COVID-19 health protocols shall be strictly observed. Social distancing, the wearing of face mask, and sanitization are required.
2. To avoid overcrowding, proceed to the venue five (5) minutes before your appointment.
