36 MDG’s Appointment Line is experiencing issues with dropped calls.
You can use the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal to accomplish many health care tasks, including booking and managing appointments (see attached flyer for instructional videos).

You can also use your Patient Portal to message your Primary Care Team about routine care or just ask general questions.
When using the Patient Portal to send messages to your Primary Care Team:
- Active duty service members select ‘Andersen Operational Medicine Clinic’
- Everyone else select ‘Andersen Family Medicine Clinic’

1. Call our refill line at 671-344-9620.

❗️Attention! Once meds are stored at room temperature, the expiration date listed in the graphic below is the new expiration date regardless if put back in refrigerator. Please take note and be careful!

The 36 MDG will be open for acute care only on Friday, Saturday, and Monday.
Friday: 0800-1200
Saturday: 1000-1200
Sunday: CLOSED
Monday: 0800-1200
Provider care teams will attempt to contact patients with previously scheduled appointments to reschedule.
We anticipate returning to regular clinic hours and seeing scheduled appointments on Tuesday.
As always, if you have a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest Emergency Room.
