Today marks more than the completion of a program. It represents perseverance, growth, healing, and the courage to choose a new path forward. Through hard work, accountability, and determination, this graduate has overcome challenges and reached an important milestone on the journey toward recovery and stability.

The Judiciary proudly celebrates this achievement and recognizes the support of the treatment court team, family members, and loved ones who helped make this success possible. We wish our graduate continued strength and success in this next chapter.

During Foster Care Month, we recognize not only an organization, but a mission rooted in love, compassion, and hope. Harvest House has become a safe place for children and families facing some of life’s most difficult moments—offering comfort in times of uncertainty and reminding foster children that they are seen, valued, and cared for.

From supporting and training foster families, to providing emotional and spiritual encouragement, to opening their doors as an Emergency Triage Center for children entering foster care, Harvest House continues to serve our island with extraordinary kindness and heart.

Their work changes lives far beyond a single moment of crisis. It strengthens families, uplifts children, and gives hope to those who need it most. The Judiciary of Guam is honored to recognize Harvest House for the compassion and dedication they continue to show our community every day.

This Memorial Day, we honor and remember the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice in service to our nation.
