This all started from a career presentation I gave at the community college in Palau. It was an open presentation for any college student to listen to and learn about the Marine Corps. Only a few students stopped by, and Tarkong was one of them. There was something about Tarkong that showed she was genuinely interested in learning more. After getting to know her, I knew she would be a great Marine for the Corps
