Enjoyed a wonderful evening with Team Blas at the Annual White Ball hosted by Guam Community College (GCC). I’m proud to support this charitable event dedicated to investing in Guam’s skilled medical professionals and advancing program development.
Thank you to GCC, the Western Interstate Commission for Higher Education (WICHE), and all the generous sponsors for making this evening possible.

Proud to keep the momentum going on the rehabilitation of F.Q. Sanchez Elementary School. Today’s meeting brought together voices committed to seeing this project through, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to help move it forward.
F.Q. Sanchez shaped generations of educators and leaders. Its revival will be a testament to the resilience and pride for the residents of Humåtak and the legacy of Guam’s educators.

Grateful for the opportunity to have met with the Taiwan Delegation to discuss economic opportunities and further strengthening relationships between Guam and Taiwan.
I truly appreciate their collaborative spirit and shared vision for mutual growth. The conversations reminded me much of our “Håfa adai” spirit and how much we can accomplish when we lead with respect, openness, and a commitment to our communities.

Enjoyed meeting with Guam Cancer Care to explore opportunities to develop funding and to ensure our cancer patients continue receiving the care they need. I’m grateful for the heart and dedication this team brings to every conversation. These moments remind me that policy is most powerful when it uplifts real people and strengthens the support systems they rely on.

On Guam, service is a proud tradition, and our veterans remind us of the courage, sacrifice, and love of Guam and country that inspires us all.
Today, we honor those brave men and women who have worn the uniform and defended our freedom.
Let us continue to stand united in ensuring our veterans and their families receive the care, respect, and opportunities they deserve.
To our heroes: Si Yu’os Ma’åse’ and thank you for your service!

Håfa adai!
I had the privilege of joining fellow panelists at the UOG School of Business and Public Administration’s conference on “Strengthening Democracy: Civic Engagement in Guam and the Pacific.”
The conversations were thoughtful with wide-ranging perspectives, and overall, witnessing the shared commitment to civic participation was truly energizing. Encouraging every voice to take part in shaping public decisions holds institutions accountable and builds on a democracy that reflects the people it serves.
