1. Download the Loan Application Form under the “Applications” Tab at the top of this webpage.

2. Complete the Loan Application Form and ensure to sign the form where indicated.

3. Submit the following forms via email to [email protected]
A. Completed Loan Application Form;
B. Copies of your two (2) latest check stubs;
C. Copies of your last three (3) years income tax return with W2s attached;
D. A verification of employment; and
E. A list of your current debts / obligations

Once your application has been reviewed, our Loan Officer will contact you to go over your documents and inform you if additional information or documentation is needed. If you have any questions, please contact Guam Housing Corporation at (671) 647-4143 and ask to speak with our Loan Officer.
