Blue is the color used to show solidarity. Autism is a developmental disability that affects persons in having persistent deficits, social interactions and communications, displaying restricted and repetitive behaviors over a period of time. The symptoms are present at an early onset and would clinically impair persons daily functioning.

The Regoinal Special Education Needs/Disability Diagnostic & Treatment Centre held its first Parent Support Seminar for the year 2021.
Ms. London and Ms. Morris of the Psychology department conducted a session for parents of learners with Intellectual Impairment. This session was held at the BV Special Needs Centre on January 21, 2021.
The session provided an opportunity for parents to become acquainted with activities that will enhance learning, as well as to provide a support system for parents which will help them to work with their children
