Mostly fair and sunny skies are being observed over most of Guyana. However, Southern Region 6 is experiencing cloudy conditions. Based on the RADAR data, a few scattered showers is expected over Regions 5 and 6 within the next hour hour or so.

Moderate to heavy showers and thundershowers over Inland areas along Regions 1 to 7 and 10.

Precipitation Accumulation for the last 24 hours over Northern Guyana.

Rainfall estimated values range between 25.0 mm to 50.0 mm and in some areas even higher values are likely was observed over Regions 2 to 5, 7 and 10.

Cloudy to overcast skies with scattered to frequent showers and period of rain can be expected over Regions 1 to 8 and 10. Conditions are likely to improve over Regions 3 to 5 during the afternoon as partly cloudy skies will likely persist. Rainfall is expected between 20.0 mm and 60.0 mm.
Region 9 can expect partly cloudy to sunny skies, with no significant rainfall expected.
