WATCH || Today, 3,876 Guyanese from every region, every ethnicity and every walk of life are crossing the graduation stage through the GOAL Scholarship Programme. 🎓 From certificates to doctorates, these graduates are proof that opportunity can transform lives. Among them are 2,858 women and 1,018 men, each with a story of perseverance.

And the best part? It was all free of cost!
