AmCham successfully hosted an impactful Future Leaders workshop last Saturday, diving deep into the dynamics of leadership styles with Prof. Steven Dekrey, Senior Advisor to the Dean and Adjunct Professor of Management at The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. 🎓
Future Leaders explored key leadership qualities including adaptability, cultural intelligence, and learning agility. Through interactive discussions and hands-on activities, the cohort gained valuable insights into how various leadership approaches can thrive and complement one another. 🌍🔑

This morning, our Apparel, Footwear & Supply Chain (AFS) Committee gathered at Hasbro’s Hong Kong offices for an insightful session.
Paul Voets, Managing Director of Hasbro Far East Ltd, shared valuable perspectives on the current trade environment and Hasbro’s hard goods business. Nikki Duplessis, MBA, MA, Sr. Director of Global Supply Chain Sustainability, discussed Hasbro’s key sustainability and technology initiatives across the region.
Sally Peng, Vice Chairman of AmCham HK, also provided a timely update on tariffs and what to expect from the upcoming Trump-Xi meeting.
