Join us for an exclusive brunch event inspired by the fleeting beauty of fall — a sensory journey through colour, flavour, and season.

This edition embraces the Earth’s palette, where every dish paints the season in flavour:

Earth Tone — roasted pear, cashew cheeze, golden raisins, pecans, and pomegranate molasse whispering of crisp forest walks.
Purple & Crimson — braised endive and roasted cherries in sweet-sour rhythm, kissed by almond feta and balsamic notes.

As vegans, we almost accepted that we are sacrificing taste and the joy of eating for better good. But we are here aiming to change that. At root vegan we give our all to offer creative, delicious fusion cuisine, constantly refreshing our menu. So there is one more reason for more people to practice kindness through veganism.

作為純素食者,基本上認為係為自己為左依個lifestyle 而犧牲口腹之慾 。但我哋認為唔應該係咁 。為咗大家有多人個理由去食少餐肉,我哋盡力創作好味又有營養嘅菜式,希望更多人可以加入我哋嘅行列 。

From the magenta blush of beetroot ravioli with almond ricotta, to the amethyst warmth of purple soup crowned with golden marigolds, each dish whispers secrets of the earth at daybreak.

Savor the richness of roasted portobello and jicama, bathed in buttery sunlight and vibrant carrot orange, before drifting into a dessert where melon and fig leaf shimmer like the first rays of morning.
