Spanish cuisine is back in the kitchen!
Next Wednesday, we begin a new edition of our Spanish Cooking Course in collaboration with Towngas Cooking Centre, bringing together three chefs, three sessions, and a hands on journey through the flavours of Spain.
From watching the chefs prepare each dish to cooking alongside them, participants will discover Spanish gastronomy through technique, tradition, and shared experience.
Registration for this Wednesday’s session is now closed, but you can still enrol individually for the next two sessions:

• Iberian pork “escabeche” salad

¡La gastronomía española regresa a la cocina!
El próximo miércoles, comenzamos una nueva edición de nuestro Curso de Cocina Española en colaboración con Towngas Cooking Centre. Reuniremos a tres chefs, tres sesiones y un viaje práctico a través de los sabores de España.
Desde observar a los chefs preparar cada plato hasta cocinar junto a ellos, los participantes descubrirán la gastronomía española a través de la técnica, la tradición y la experiencia compartida.
